Be Confident With Your Body

Cameron Russell, one of Victoria Secret's model gave a talk about image on TEDxMidAtlantic 2013.




In today's society, where beauty is defined as skinny, more and more women are growing negative body image. Even for those women that have achieved that 'beauty' image, they are feeling insecure about it.

Feeling negative about your own body can become serious matter to your physical and mental wellness. A lot of women suffer from depression and eating disorders because they want to have a perfect body image. They often compare their appearance with others and put too much pressure on themselves and creating insecure feeling.

Why don't we just stop comparing and leave this never-ending thing?
Try accepting your body and shifting your negativeness to focus on the body parts that you like are some ways you can do for a start.
